IS THERE A NEW SUITOR LOOKING AT ENERCARE?

ECI....definitely on a roll again, makes me wonder if there is another group looking to take over ECI or at least buy a large block of shares. Any ideas?? Best.............SHUMBA

There has been so much m&a activity in the market lately it would not surprised me. They are the perfect "take private" kind of company. If they are taken private I see a 40% upside.

Would you come to that same conclusion if you didn't own shares?  Do you have a comparable where a similar company got taken out at a similar metric?
