A DIVIDEND INCREASE - VERY LIKELY

Agree, a dividend increase is likely in the works. As for a SP roll-back to fourteen, well, possibly. My question is: what else is driving the SP? Is there another suitor out there looking to take over ECI? I bought ECI as Consumer's Water Heater long ago because Union Energy, formerly a part of Union Gas, rented water heaters and they "spun it off" as a stand alone company, then along came Reliance Home Comfort who took out Union Energy out at a premium. If you want to read some of the water heater company history, please see the link below. I do realize ECI does more than just rent water heaters. The sub-metering in apartments and condos is definitely the future as it will cause or force those who use higher amounts or both electricity and water to pay for what they use vs. everyone in the same building paying the same amount regardless of amounts consumed!
