Yes, I do hold ECI along with ENB...but I'll say this: anyone who rents a water heater is just nutz...just do the math...you can buy a new water heater from Lowe's; installed and delivered for approx. 1500 bucks...now divide that by the monthly rental rate, well you do the rest......I just gave Reliance Water heater the heave ho and did exactly as described. After 3.7 years I am a free "N" and the Lowe's water heater is guaranteed for six years along with service calls and parts. So for me it is a win win. But Canadians in general are very complacent and do not change their ways.....a bit like leopards, right.....spots?? ECI is the "last of the Mohicans" when it comes to renting water heaters and this will come to an end when more home owners realize they are getting screwed by renting a water heater. Here is the great news.......nothing new though.....ECI offers not only water heater rentals, air conditioning and furnace rentals along with smart metering, but SUB METERING. and this is where it's at. Do some reading on your own time and grasp what sub metering is.........it is THE way going forward....and so it should be. J M H O best..........SHUMBA
