You Sir are Correct!

You Sir are Correct!I was a time served apprentice and served 32 years as Canadian Pacific Railway Employee and 5 years at CP Rail as HH insisted it be called. He is a grinder and creates a culture of fear for his Supervisor and Unionized staff alike by on the spot firings, suspensions, breaks taken away and constant threats for production, In essence assigned locomotives to scheduled trains the same shift before even been touched and diagnosed. No longer any Electricians coming up with Mechanics doing the Electricians job with little to no training, For wages well North $30 per hr. Veteran Employees have left in Droves and only hiring at about 25 percent of attrition.  Theres only a handful of Electricians left in Canada with Locomotives becoming highly technical. What does it mean? When HH took over CP stocks had trippled at it's high point and leaving the Company in total chaos, but he makes money at any cost. As much as I hate to say if he's in we Win!
