RE:RE:Disappointed with Boards decision to sit on the sidelinesHarrison is 72 years old, and his requested compensation package is ridiculous.  He wants the $88 million he left on the table at CP plus 1% of the shares of CSX.  That would be about 9 million shares with a value of about $425 million.  He is not that good.  I do not blame the board for saying we will ask the shareholders.  I would vote no.  Ridiculous.
