RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Company is poised to grow!Julian:- How are you doing. I bought 15k shares @ $0.65 and sold all but 500 shares @ $1.9, might get back in @ $1.2. I personally doubt this facility will be built here as Canntab is very legally connected with EMC. However, just for argument sake.
If Canntab would be lucky enough to get 10K sq.ft at $300K per year, FSD management's intelect would be questionable. This represents $2.5 /sq.ft/month. For entire US, industrial space rental average price for 2018 is US $5+/sq.ft. and Canadian average rates are usually higher. Now lets just take your figure of $300K over a 25year lease. This represents $7.5million which will have to be paid as per a yet to be determined agreement. Next,
This entire envelop builiding of 10K sq.ft. space will now have to be converted into a ISO9000 series facility with a minimum of Class 100,000 micron air filtration for GMP certification. ie a stand alone environment to prevent any cross contamination from the rest of the building . $$$$$$$ millions. Once this is achieved, manufacturing equipment, staff selection and security clearance of staff follows. 2 to 3 months minimum. ie $$$$$$$$ Next
Application to health Canada for License approval. Time.not < 4 months...?????.ie $$$$ used to be about $3 million /application cost. Now ???
I suggest you read Cannabis Application Guide lines and requirements from HealthCanada. Also
