Emblem put out a NR this morning concerning a joing venture with a German Pharma.  I am wondering if PILL is part of this?  Does anybody on here have any info on that.  GLTA.

No one knows the full details of the merger yet, but it stands to reason that the German medical doctors would like to see standards brought in for prescribing medical cannabis to their patients. The Canntab XR Tablets provide extended release, uniform dosing of cannabis over a period of hours and this is one of the features that is being pushed by Emblem sales. canaken1, I believe that the deal you are referring to is a formation of a joint venture between Emblem and Acnos Pharma, under the name of Emblem Germany (JV). If that's the case, there is "No Connection" at all to Canntab. Emblem will be selling their products through the German pharmaceutical wholesaler Acnos Pharma. We know that both EMC and Canntab are manufacturers and sellers of the product (mj). Why would Canntab give an open to the world rights (if you allow me to use such a term) when they (Canntab) are able to manufacture and sell

Tony, In the Oct.2017 license agreement, Emblem & CannTab have agreed to collaborate in developing the XR pill at Emblem's expense and branded as Emblem product. Emblem would have exclusive sales rights in Canada but clearly states that Emblem would not have the right to export. canaken1, I greatly appreciate the info regarding exportation of the XR tablets. That makes sense. I do own both equities too. There's a lot of speculation about a merger or a buyout (EMC - PILL), mostly on the EMC boards. I hope it will not happen especially between them.
