CTDC’s New Business is one of the business inAt the CIFIT, Mr. Jiang Xinan, Deputy General Manager and Director of the Investment Services Center of China Merchants Zhangzhou Development Zone, and Mr. Lu Zhenwei, Executive Director of China Technology Development Group Corporation (the “Company” or “CTDC”) and the General Manager of China Merchants Technology Holdings Co., Ltd, signed an agreement regarding the SnO2 base plate production line project. CTDC is the sole NASDAQ-listed subsidiary of China Merchants Group.
