IT WILL DO THE OPPOSITE.
These are exploratory concessions, where some early money has been spent collecting samples, etc.
So CGP gives up 3 claims and keeps 8 out of 11.
NO BIG DEAL.
What is TERRIFIC for EVERYBODY .......
Is that this constitutional order CLARIFIES the BOUNDARIES OF EXPLOITATION.
It makes the UNAFFECTED mining concessions MORE VALUABLE.
The courts and governments are playing ball with miners, explorers. indeed
ALL STAKEHOLDERS.
