RE:New $50 Million Cascabel FinancingThis deal between SolGold and Osisko tells us a few things:

      1) If Newcrest was even mildly interested, they would have bought this royalty with some of its loose change.

      2) The new look of SolGold's Board of Directors, still features Nick Mather. Also, even with CGP's interest rolled into SolGold stock, its ownership still has many players. More shoes to fall.

      3) The fact of SolGold introducing a new player for small money reveals that the Franco Nevada
relationship is strained. If FNV were invited, they would have bought this royalty using some of ITS loose change.

Osisko will be around for a good time thankfully not a long time.

CGP's merger with SolGold will likely not be topped by Newcrest.
