Why the deal?
Why the deal?First of all, in a country like China, gambling has to be in the trillions, and it has been underground to now. I would guess the gov't wants a cut of the action.
Why they are giving up 80% for $200k plus stock is in my mind, also. Maybe the company already owns stock in Creator. Maybe they will make a killing if the stock goes to $10 or so. Their 1.5 million shares will be worth $15 mill. On the other hand, if they kept all of the profits, they would have more in hand.
Maybe the $200k cash has something to do with it. Maybe it'll take some money to get things set up there.
Remember, also, that Creator is a Bermuda company. No Canadian (or US) taxes. More profits for the company. Higher earnings for us. Pure profits, no real overhead. Probably a good deal if it works!
