official notification that China's first
government-sanctioned soccer
lottery betting facility will commence
business on October 22, 2001.
The facility will be housed within
a 10,000 square foot area of the
Xiesiu Soccer Stadium in the city of
Guangzhou and will serve as a
model for future expansion of sports
lottery betting facilities throughout China.
