Can anyone explain...
why if this will generate big $$$ they would presell 80% of their future earnings for US $200k? Intriguing news report, but I'm suspicious of the low $$ figure. Why Beacon Hill and not Dr. Stanley Ho?

I guess you've got to include the 1.5 million shares. Maybe it includes warrants or options? XO

If the deal is good and the stock moves to $2 then those shares will be worth $3 mill in real greenback dollars. That makes the cash component incidental. I suspect Asset China Co. was between a rock and a hard place and that is why Creator Capital moved in. JMHO, Rudy
