RE: RE: RE: Private Placement!Good point. I had forgotten about the warrants. So we are looking at a 10M cash infusion over the next couple of months. That is quite a boat-load of money. Timing is interesting as they could have simply taken up the 3.5M in May. But instead they loaded up the vault. They have a publicly stated desire to make acquisitions. I would imagine given their familiarity/connections/reputation within the sector, they could be eyeing acretive opportunities. While I try to remain objective and dispassionate with respect to my holdings, I cannot help but believe we are looking at a very exciting remainder of 2010. It has already been a great ride.
With the majority of Western Canadian suppliers hooked up on the network, why wouldn't a bunch more hubs join in given the savings and proven network.
