RE:Lack of NR encouraging selloffI would say no news is bad news. Last I heard before execs left is that deal fell through. Hence why it wasn't brought up onthe last call. We'll see if they can deliver a field approver solution as well...since it has been 'scaled back'...(ie features/functionality pushed out to later phases - just like they did with their invoicing product).
Even if they are generating new buying customers, they aren't making much revenue on the setup and are pretty much giving contracts away so as to secure much needed transaction revenue, which is also lower due to the mark downturn. Not to mention the 6-9 months it takes to deliver according to Jim Barker's statement on the last conf. call. 

If you're not out by now - you probably have nothing more to lose anyway.
