Cortex (CBX.V $0.075) has a new permanent CEO. He looks good on paper and it’s clear the board spent a lot of time (four months) looking for a permanent replacement. I’m going to give him a month or two before I call him. In the meantime this is an interesting, longer-term turnaround story that could yield a nice payday. Like all smaller names, it’s riskier so just a dollop. But if it works out the risk will be worth it.
