RE: Technicals are ..........It certainly would appear to me that further downside would be both limited and short lived. With the earnings just out, we have a fresh slate to work with & the chances of near term negative surprises much reduced. On a valuation basis the stock is looking cheap and the fundamentals are solid. The Cdn/US currency effect won't matter to a US suitor. The fact that the net margins grew from 10.1% ttm to 11.8% for the last Q indicates to me a healthy growing business with decent pricing power. My portfolio average net margins are 13.3% for 12 small cap Cdn stocks. The multiple (basic share count) for SXC is 18.2 versus my portfolio average of 19.5. The forward estimated EPS growth is virtually the same at about 28%. Cheers!!!
