Strong net margins tell the investor so much about the health & profitability of the business. Companies with strong net margins tend to be higher growth businesses with stock that performs well over time. Good margins are a function of market niche & barriers to entry amongst many other things. I hold 4 small caps with net margins 19% or better, BEV, CNJ, CRY & GCD-V. Net margins that are trending higher are also a good sign. Cheers!!!
