If anything, the insider transactions could be viewed as bullish since the selling is very light. One thing I have discovered lately with most successful small cap stocks, the ratio of options to outstanding shares tends to be much higher than for larger cap stocks and yet since the trading volumes are much lower for the small caps, the ratio of insider shares sold to total shares sold on the open market is actually quite high. I would suggest that since the trading volumes in this stock have been quite light lately, there really isn't much selling pressure but more likely a lack of motivation for the buyers. Personally, I am just waiting this period out. Cheers!!!
