You can't call it a pump and dump sinly becuase they can't even pull off a pump.
That sucker's got so many insider and hidden insiders buried up to their necks in expensive paper and so many investors were torched on it that the company's only hope is the new parachute miracle name brand executive.
All the TCF gang wants to do is get of their paper desperately somehow to pay their mortgages down.
Get that epic fail of a company out of here!
