J1The latest news release said that as Rosebank was cleaning up the flowrate had increased to 75.5 boed at J1. They also said there will be six more wells, 3 vertical 3 horizantal to tackle this formation. Lets assume that the seven combined will give us 60 boed average per well. Thats 420x 85(per barrel)x30(days per month)x12months. This equals 12.8 million per year of revenue from our first section of land. They have 26 more target areas to drill.
Obviously this is a rough guesstimate but thats enough coin for ongoing drill operations. It's not that hard to imagine they will have 4 to 5 times that amount of oil flowing in two years time. Thats 60 million per year in revenue. Lets say they put 5 million aside for a dividend based on 50 million shares. Thats 10 cents a share for a yeild of 15% on todays price. Early retirement here I come. I hope I don't wake up from this dream.
