First off we need to get some things straight:
 
No one can tell what institutions are buying a stock.  But the trades so far telegraph serious institutional involvement.  That’s not hard to read.
 
Sprott et al don’t “dip” their toes in riskier issues.  This is what they do, heavily, for years.  This is their core business.  All you need to do is go to any resource conference and listen to them.  Look at their website, commentators, social media accounts, endless videos – they will tell you this outright.
 
Name any deal on the street that has this kind of funding and is moving like this right now.  And guess what?  This is a bought deal with a sovereign fund.  Every underwater institution either has to buy in the market to own it or sit this one out.  The fund managers need to make alpha to get paid bonuses.  They need winners to keep investors investing instead of withdrawing cash.  Guess what they’re doing now?
 
Phase 1 is the largest deal in this market already.  If the Koreans exercise their full rights it will be the largest deal on the Venture, ever. It's just that simple.
