Who are these silly complainers? This deal is AWESOME! Even after the financing, POP is cruising around 100M shares out, which is nominal for your average struggling junior miner but about 200M less shares than a mid-tier oil producer!!! This round they are taking $20M cash of which $14M is JV so no dilution on that component. Next round they are taking $82M cash, all of which is JV so no dilution at all there either! So in sum, over the next year they will be about 100 M shares out and have $102 M cash in the door. This gives the company industry-standard valuation of about $1 share price just on cash alone! And this without even measuring the Oil reserves, cashflow, production, lands, 10 million Goldstrike shares and 10 million Goldstrike warrants. Don't believe the negative hype here on the bullboards either. All these gripers are just short players hoping the deal will roll over. They're desperate now because they can see the deal is REAL and so good that INSTITUTIONS and FUND MANAGERS pestered the company to get an extra $2M in the door...and this is when it is hard for any junior to get a penny!
