It should come as a suprise panic selling happens. The company has said there is a financing delay and these things happen. There is a hugh difference in how the Koreans conduct business compared to us here in North America. For starters they have as much larger interest than most of us and excercising caution ensuring all requirements are met so that when the deal is compete it will not fall apart so it takes 2-3 more weeks just hold tight don't panic and everything will work its self out.
Going  forward be prepared for the scare tactics from day traders they are famous for i have seen this so many times i can't begin to count them. Remeber if they can create panic thats when prices fall and  then they buy your under valued shares.Expect a bit of selling tomorrow and then a strong close same as today no reason not to enjoy capitalism just becareful and have a great weekend coming up.
