the thing that should really bother all of us is that kmdc didn't pony u the 1mil right away when they 1st missed the sep deadline , if in fact it does not have to depend on outside finance , then set a timeline for the remainder as a show of good faith , that would have held water a lot better than putting it all in flux . What was the point of deferring with all this anxiety hanging over the stock as a result of the delay ? The only thing I can come up with are 2 reasons . 1 they are playing with the co. sp and only interested in manipulating the sp and should be investigated . 2 they don't have any money and are still looking which still leaves us hanging and could for some time as the delays could last quite awhile . I'm not into conspiracy theories but this is strange .They started off with a flash bang (kmdc ) ceremony without any money to back it up , not the usual honest deal . Good luck to you all .
