Becasue if they let trading take place this morning without a NR, there could have been a panic selloff. So they halted before open and said what they could. I'm happy for it, I didn't want people freaking out my shares down to 45 cents. Now we all know we are on our way to the deal. I'm thinking it will break the high of 83 cents before Oct. 7th, once we get an NR describing how and when the full payment will be made.
