Cowards is putting it kindly.  I'm 1/2 km from Parliment and locked down in my office.  Looking out the windows and the both bridges connecting Ottawa and Quebec are backed up solid.  Police have been checking each and every car trying to leave the Ottawa area.  Soldier shot just died.  Shooter at Parliment was shot dead earlier and then there was another shooting at the Rideau Mall.
Rumors of a sniper on one of the buildings downtown...no confirmation that this is true.
