Don't get me wrong I and hugely long and firmly beleive this is a screaming buy, however lets not mistakingly overstate the cash value per fully diluted share... The first $4 mil cost us 16mil shares c/w 16 mil warrants. So one should no think they will give us the remaining $96mil, should they decide to part with it on the option, without more dilutive affect that will raise the float of

2fast - I'm not concerned about the number of new shares outstanding - they will not be floating shares. When POP is bought - it will most likely be the ones that POP just made the deal with. My 2 cents. Good to see you into POP
