pillpall - sorry, but you're a moron.   The market does not like uncertainty and now it is very uncertain the rest of the money is coming and even if it does, this is no way of doing business.  Expect POP to trade much lower. All the confidence is gone.  Once POP received the rest of the money, I might consider buying back in again, BUT NOT BEFORE.
