Yeah, the PP being a new one. But saying the above is also saying that the share prices have been manipulated at the expense of shareholders in order to allow the Koreans to get their 25 cts per units. Hmm, not very kosher., is it?

happens all the time though...and with our north american participants...stock is driven down 99 percent of the time for a financing

many times a brokerage house or houses will be the house to arrange financing with the company and they figure out a decent price and the house will buy or already have shares from either buying on an open market or from a previous financing..then they box a stock down or up between houses to get to the desired price and holod it there abouts for the ten day averaging etc...in a non brokered
