I am not in LOVE with this management, that is 100%
guaranteed, nonetheless they have proven themselves very prudent. If I seem to recall a while back it was posted that PMI owns 10,000 acres at a current market price of apx. 2,000/acre, that folks adds up to $20,000,000, this plus no debt and 4,000,000 cash, totals $24MM or .33/share, plus reserves of 2MM barrels of oil. These guys are not that bad after all.
