No board member will resign and surely they don't have the cash to let LeMay go as they will have to pay him out. Look at his deal in the yearly report and you will see that they will have to pay out a massive $$$ to LeMay if they let him go. Most expensive electrician in the world...........
My biggest concern is that the pay Decore out as she indicated she is retiring tomorrow (Dec 31st), however no announcement. They should have walked her out of the company with Jimmy Houck in 2012.
Neither one of these two rookies contributed to this company in any manner. The only thing they achieved was to get rid of the "old guard" who surely knew how to make money, work with clients and employees and keep people accountable to the Stuart Olson Way of doing business. These idiots had now idea how to run a business......
