It is better than 0. Plus you could make some gains as a bdt shareholder. dont count on a higher buyout price. i've seen this before. not accepting, means you get 0. it sucks, but the offer is

Only one reason: In trying to convince large shareholders to agree to this terrible deal, hope is that creditor banks agree to take haircut. LeMay take a reduced payout? Ha! Good luck.
