I have followed this stock for 14 years, including seacliff days. I own a considerable number of shares in my pension and a few as hard certificate.  I will vote all my shares against this merger. just to let if fold so the executive gets nothing on change of ownership.  Who knows might get more from the sale of assests and Canem, that has a strong company and real life backlog that ...more
