RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Sub-Trade CommunityThere is little value in a larger company buying SOX. Companies buy construction companies that are successful, not failures like SOX. Ultimately, they are buying the people and those people run the individual companies. Look at all the senior talent that has left this rotting carcass. I can’t think of one construction company that survived this kind of death spiral and remained intact. Lemay put the blame on his executive team. The honeymoon was over long ago and he ultimately has to walk the plank.
