Jimboy was warned that it will be a mistake to acquire Dominion but my believe is that his ego was tooooo big to back out.
LeMay is just a Rookie and have no idea how to run a Construction business. Look at his career.....running a small electrical business and then becoming a CEO of a player like SOX. This was going to be a rain wrack on day one. The Black Widow told a lot of people she was hired to help LeMay with his executive MBA. No loyalty there. So I guess the consultant messed that one up 100%.
