RE:RE:RE:So you guys are getting .02 a share for the take overIf one looks at the balance sheet, I can't understand why Canso (the debenture holders) would force the company into bankruptcy.  There are very few assets for them to grab as I don't think they have a claim on existing contracts (the backlog).  Their only way to make sure they get their money is for the shareholders to agree to the takeover.  If the company goes into receivership, I would think Canso would get very little of their money back and the shareholders would get zero.  So I'm not convinced Canso is going to push the company into bankruptcy, but time will tell.  I'm willing to call their bluff and vote no.  Also, I'd like to see other offers that represent the true value of the backlog.
