I really think we are bouncing off the bottom. To me it looks like SOX let out all the bad news that they could in the Q3 results. Of course one never knows but something might just be cooking that we do not know about. I think that this $1.60 price point is the time to start buying.

True. Compare to SNC Lavalin that did a $0.94 gain yesterday to $27.44. A couple months ago, it traded at $15.50. Losing over $5.57/share, which is worse. Their divy is 0.29% (similar joke). P/B is 4.22X, which is absolutely horrible compared to 0.23X for SOX. There only issue it seems is getting rid of this corrupt leadership. There very well might ...more
