Leadership
There is no doubt that they all know how badly they have run/ruined this company with all of thier grand plans. If more heads need to roll then this is the time!!!!
I down deep feel there is a good company under all of this c rap that leadership has placed on it.
If the leadership team does not GET IT by now then they are the biggest bunch of knuckle heads you could ever have imagined.
Like I said before get back to basics and leave your EGO at the door. Hire some pro's that know what the heck is going on in the construction world.
It's really not that HARD!!!!
Shame on you all $1.55???????? I'll go out on a limb and say there are better days ahead for this company.
