Gone with the Wind

Captain D. Michael Abrashoff wrote a book about Management Techniques called "It is your Ship" This is a great read, do yourself a favour and read it. In his book he tells the story about a captain who was cheered when he left the ship to make place for a new commander to take over the rains.  Afterwards the new captain realized the men where not cheering because of the greatness of the previous captain who left but rather because they were happy that the individual left……..I think this is how the SOX employees must feel as yes believe it or not, The Black Widow indicated she is retiring……..Nope I think she is walking away from all her failures…………..No contribution to this company in almost 10 years other than de-crediting so many leaders and they all left……….Interesting how people cannot handle pressure and admit they failed employees, friends and shareholders and then they have the arrogance to call it retirement………..What a joke.

'lightswitch' LeMay will be broken-hearted and will likely take some personal leave to deal with this.

Like we have all been saying for sometime ................... GET RID Of THE DEADWOOD!! It's been killing this company for many years and no one on the board should be proud of what they have done to this once terrific company. $25.00 stock down to $1.40 with the dream team in charge. Time to hire people that are tough and know how to turn a dollar. Other companies are doing it so get on the ...more
