MyTake: HK Billionaire Family Has UNDUE INFLUENCE On CVE ?

- they CONTROL 3 out of the 14 BOARD SEATS

- WHY are the BODs PUSHING a HIGHER DIVIDEND POLICY when they had AN OPPORTUNISTIC CHANCE to SUPER SIZE NCIB in JANUARY and FEBRUARY 2024 when the SHARE PRICE of CVE was GENERALLY CONSIDERED to be UNDERVALUED ?

- IF I was IN CHARGE,, I would of REPURCHASED MAYBE UP TO 25 million shares {depending on the share price RESPONSE} EVEN IF I HAD TO DROP the CASH BALANCE BUT NO MORE than $ 400 million

- THEN EQUALIZED the 50/50 FRAMEWORK in Q2/2024

- ALL these energy companies BODs have the SAME PROBLEM

* they are WAY TOO CONSERVATIVE and DO NOT ACT the WAY a 100% OWNER would
