With CXV & PHM attached at the hip, these are probably moving together.  There's some chatter going on that insider trading is going down on PHM.  Probably a ditto on CXV.

Conference call this AM re PHM has produced more negative performance.  The market does not like what appears to be going on.

Like with all companies, mgmt is key to its success.   These companies are definitely finding out that could be holes in their mgmt team.
