Subject: Unaware?

Last days decrease in the SP of CXV and PHM has been caused directly by July 27th conference call for PHM.

This conference call was so totally useless that the investors community lost confidence in the old AND new management. Many people kept thinking that Dalsin and Greene dumped their shares to take profit in advance of the share price fall, and nothing was done to correct the public opinion.

As a shareholder, I think that the last 3 days public relations has been a disaster and that it contributed to the fall of CXV and PHM share price. I am lucky, I only lost 1/3rd of my money during that time (on paper only, I didn't sell), but many people lost a lot more because the whole public and investors relations departments of your company seem to be on vacation.

That's a chance that IIROC asked you for clarification, but that's unfortunate all you have done is a news release that says "we are unaware of any material change that could affect our company's valuation". Trust is a big part of the valuation to shareholders, and I think you lost a big part of it by managing the crisis like an irresponsible company.

I hope you learn from that crisis in the future, cause the shareholders AND the company have lost a great deal because of that situation.

Wish you better day than your shareholder's
