RE:Inspira letter to shareholders

RE:Inspira letter to shareholdersWell now I don't know who to beleive. Is this all a scare tactic to insight fear and drive down the SP for accumulation? Or was this a legitimate aquisition albeit done in a slightly unconventional way?

As a shareholder and an outsider it does appear to me that the insiders did at least attempt to distance themselves from management and executive positions, which would acheive this "arms lenght" theory. They probably profited from the deal but it doesn't look like it was malicious. The company has been doing exceptionally well since the aquisition.

I still don't see how any of this truely affects Convalo at all. Just because a couple of insiders sit on the board doesn't mean that that all decisions going forward are going to be 100% unilateral. There must be at least 7 or more board members who I assume are impartial and have votes.

Either way I do agree that the board should be wiped and the house cleaned. Just to much stank on this. Need to reaffirm SH confidence.
