RE:RE:RE:Inspira letter to shareholders

RE:RE:RE:Inspira letter to shareholdersChase, you’re right, I am a newbie poster. However, I have been following this board for some time, and thought I would finally share some thoughts. I am long on Convalo, and invested heavily in the company. I would like noting more than to wake up tomorrow and have this stock be at $1.00

I am not a basher. I think the company has limitless potential and solid management in the form of Stampp Corbin and the other Execs. I truly don't know what to make of these "Company Insiders", and all this TerraNova BS.

From what I am gathering these insiders made an accretive acquisition which I'm sure they also profited from personally. The methods and transparency of the transaction do appear to be a little questionable. This is business, profits are made on business deals, I don't have an issue with that necessarily. They probably should have been more transparent on the whole thing though, that is clear.

Maybe there was some shadiness involved, maybe there was not. Maybe TerraNova is the knight in shining armour exposing the bad guys. Maybe TerraNova is putting out a smear campaign to accumulate shares cheap. I'm almost leaning this way myself, but you have to admit if that's the case, than they have done a remarkably effective job.

Either way, mission accomplished TerraNova. Whether the deal was shady or not it doesn't look like Costine or the other insiders will be able to expose this for what it is, and redeem their honour, and so the only way to truly restore the SH confidence and get the SP to where it belongs would be for him and Dalsin etc. to resign from the bored and do it publicly. Than go duke out a defamation of character and slander lawsuit with TerraNova.

The bottom line; is a seat on the board worth all this SP pain and BS. The obvious answer is no, but Costine sounds like a typical proud, slightly arrogant business exec. His honour has been insulted and so he will probably fight it out the bitter, bitter, bitter end.

Either way it looks like unless Costine swallows his pride and steps away, guilty or not, the SH will be the losers.
