it has had two moves in 5 months that doubled from the low
i have made more on Cxv than most others I own
this to me is a great money maker
better yet when it does go it'll go well
making money now
possitive cash flow very soon
your timing was off but it will come back and double your 16.5
it might take a bit but it'll happen
