RE:RE:RE:10 months into the MJ initiativeMy PAST experiences in and around small public companies tells me it can be only one of two things.
THEY ARE SO CLOSE TO ANNOUNCING SOMETHING REALLY BIG AND TYING UP LOOSE ENDS THAT THEY CANNOT AFFORD TO BE SEEN AS LEAKING INSIDER INFORMATION BY THE BCSC WHO ARE PROBABLY WATCHING THIS COMPANY VERY CLOSELY.
Why I say that is because there are so many unhappy campers here that someone has already laid a complaint AND BIG BROTHER IS WATCHING.
The other reason could be that they are doing a bunch of unethical and illegal things and lining their pockets on the way out. Not likely with the stock price where it is with not much in the way of option grants or share issuances since Chris Heath took over. Things like issuing shares in lieu of wages at depressed prices are a favorite move in these cases.
I tend to believe that there is a legitmate business deal going down soon and they are going right to the deadline as to when they have to disclose the details. When all you hear is pumping and heavy promotion - be careful. When you have no promotion and pumping to keep the price up so insiders can dump shares - that tells me there has to be something positive going on behind the scenes. SILENCE OF THIS KIND IS GOLDEN.
I am very tempted to double my position on Monday morning is this situation persists.
A going concern company trading at close to cash value per share and getting into the California Marijuana business is a very good bet at these prices.
