RE:RE:Filing deadline Jan 29th? Has anybody heard anything?

RE:RE:Filing deadline Jan 29th? Has anybody heard anything?Sorry I thought they were interim financials. The CSE website does not list them under filings and the press release with the lnk to sedar was a very informal way of doing it. The question of the AGM is a good one. Maybe they got some sort of exemption? The CSE is a bit of a loosy goosy exchange and the sooner they move to a U.S. listing the better. It is like being on the Pink Sheets only they are considered an exchange where the Pinks are not. Exposure is limited and too Canada oriented without enough exposure to American Investors.

It does not make sense for the new company "Ventura Cannabis" to be listed in Canada much longer as all of its business is U.S. based.
