Ventura Cannabis and Wellness Corp is a vertically integrated, California-based products cannabis company. The company is currently building out its distribution channel through revenue-sharing agreements with owner-operator of cannabis dispensaries to ensure it's products get premium shelf space. The Company plans to target four segments in the U.S. cannabis and CBD market with products suited to their needs: senior citizens, upwardly mobile middle-aged female professionals, upwardly mobile middle-aged male professionals and individuals suffering from addiction.

RE:RE:RE:RE:Trading brokersNobody is going to pry my PTQ shares out of my cold, dead hands. I was shaken out on VMD the same way with wild eratic trading. Never again. I will review my holding in PTQ in October or when it hits $3.00 - whichever comes first. I would be nice to take a couple hundred grand off the table for next December buying opportunities and let the rest ride. 

VCAN's PPS isn't even close to being at a point I would consider selling any at all. I see the possibility of  a 5 to 10 bagger developing here in 2019 and this is my number 1 holding by a longshot. Fun to watch the progress and I expect shakeouts now and then but will ignore them unless something seriously changes.
