RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Couple of questions here for those who tuned in. It sounds like they are very selective as to the types of acquisitions made and they have a very strict formula. Its seems like they are using 25 million in sales as the starting point for borrowing money. As an option, they could  just go with a line of credit if revenues are strong enough. These guys are investment bankers by nature and will shop around for the right deal. Should be one heck of a dog and pony show coming up on their Canadian roadtrip. They just have to go to either Vancouver or Toronto. My bet is Vancouver is all they need and it will be a short roadtrip.

Does not seem to be a need for a while for financing. They probably won't dilute at all below $2.00 is my guess and that is probably a low estimate. They can sell this company's growth and expansion with minimal dilution if any for a while. BIG MONEY LIKES THIS KIND OF GROWTH.
